Do I need to give you full admin access to my M365 tenant?
No. Read-only Global Reader access is sufficient for the configuration review. You can revoke access at any time.
How long does the full process take?
From discovery call to delivered report and roadmap, the typical turnaround is 5–7 business days.
Do you offer ongoing support after the review?
The review and roadmap are a standalone engagement. If you need help implementing the findings, we can discuss a follow-on arrangement.
What size businesses do you work with?
Most clients have between 10 and 200 Microsoft 365 users, though the review is valuable for any size organization.
Is this service available outside Indiana?
Yes — the entire process is remote. Ben works with businesses across the United States.
