I’m Ben, an IT professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environments, and complex systems for a large multi-site manufacturing organization.
Throughout my career I’ve progressed from System Administrator to IT Manager, taking on increasing responsibility for M365 administration, Active Directory, endpoint security, disaster recovery, vendor management, and IT strategy — all within a demanding, high-uptime production environment.
